After some reluctance to travel in 2010, the positive development of tourism activity holds on. In 2013 83% of the residents in Luxemburg have realised at least one overnight trip for personal reasons. The main reason for travelling in summertime was leisure or recreation at seaside. Reasons for not travelling were mainly due to health problems.
